Your Wedding Ceremony
As part of our wedding package we offer the opportunity to have your ceremony on the shores of Wallis Lake.
Our large grassed area features mature palm trees and a picturesque jetty, just perfect for those wedding photos.
We also offer a red carpet and seating for 20 guests (additional seating available on request).
Pacific Palms Recreation Club also boasts facilities to bring your ceremony indoors in the event of bad weather.
Your Wedding Reception
Pacific Palms Recreation Club has a several different areas which are perfect for a wedding reception. Choosing the right one depends on your menu choice and the style of day you require.
The Sunset Room
Our spacious open plan Sunset Room is perfect for formal or informal receptions. This room can accommodate up to 150 seated guests with the option for either plated or buffet dining.
Boasting air conditioning, bar, elevated stage, large dance floor and a private terrace with breathtaking views over Wallis Lake.
Surrounded by tropical palm trees overlooking the lake, the lawn area creates a less formal yet inviting atmosphere for your guests. This is an ideal area for a personalised marquee setting (at additional cost) or your romantic reception under the stars. The Lawn is only suitable for a buffet style menu.
Decorations & Table Plans
Our Club can offer a variety of seating plans and table sizes depending on the number of guests and style of reception you desire. We are more than happy to offer our assistance with the choosing of your decorations, seating plans and table arrangements.
You can decorate the tables and room yourself, or let our Function Staff do the work for you for a small additional fee.
The cost of our venue includes the hire of all table linens, including cloth napkins. If you prefer, coloured paper napkins can be supplied to match your colour scheme.
Food & Beverage Packages
We offer a variety of Food & Beverage Packages to suit all reception styles as well as budgets. From simple yet sophisticated buffet menus to more formal and elegant Alternate Drop menus. All our menus are flexible so if there is a special meal you would like us to serve on your day, please do not hesitate to ask. We also cater for those with special dietary requirements.
