Shevaun made her own wedding cake. It was a fruit cake which she started making six weeks prior to the wedding. Anthony’s mother helped her to make the cake, and it was a nice way to for the two women to spend time together in the run up to the wedding.
Shevaun made the miniature bunting to decorate the cake too, and was thrilled with how it turned out. It looked fun and homemade without looking messy. It was served up to guests and as so much time and effort went into making it; it doubled up as a favour too.
Following their beautiful wedding, the couple jetted off to Thailand on honeymoon. Anthony organised it, taking advice and recommendations from his new wife’s best friend. The couple had the perfect time away, eating delicious Thai food and relaxing in the sun, savouring their precious first weeks as husband and wife.
