Anthony and Melanie celebrated their marriage with a reception held at Eves on the River, a restaurant in Brisbane. They picked it as it’s one of their favourite restaurants, and the food at their reception was a priority to the couple. 88 guests attended their wedding reception, where they enjoyed a range of delicious canapés as they waited for the bride and groom.
Everyone had a choice of three starters and three mains to pick from, so they could be sure to enjoy their meal. This was important to Melanie and Anthony and they felt it was a really special touch.
Each guest received a bar of orange scented soap as wedding favour, presented in a lovely white packet which doubled up as a place card. Each table was decorated with a range of bottles and vases of flowers, and was named after a destination the couple had visited together.
