The head chef at Borrodell on the Mount created Jono and Liana’s strawberry gateau wedding cake. After a sumptuous meal, the guests were offered a slice of wedding cake for dessert, topped with vanilla ice cream.
Jono and Liana danced the night away to a band who played a number of popular tunes to keep the party going late in to the evening. The newlywed couple stayed in a romantic cottage on the grounds of Borredell the night of their wedding (which turned out to be a bit of a drama), but due to re-locating their lives to Switzerland the couple have not yet had the chance to arrange a proper honeymoon. They look forward to starting their lives in Europe and plan on celebrating their honeymoon as soon as they have settled down in their new home.
