James and Fiona became husband and wife in a civil ceremony held at Banjo Paterson’s Cottage. Fiona felt as though she cried through most of the ceremony as it was so beautiful, and will never forget James’s little niece, their flowergirl, walking up the aisle before staring at the bride and groom in wonder.
Fiona walked down the aisle with her father to the sound of the Bridal March, played by a violinist and a guitarist. She carried a beautiful bouquet of hand tied David Austin roses, lisianthus and dusty miller, created by Dusty Miller Designs. The flowers looked fabulous, and the florist made sure she included some pink flowers in the bride’s bouquet to differentiate from the bridesmaids’ ivory arrangements.
