Chris and Elizabeth didn’t realise just quite how big their wedding cake would turn out to be! The cake was created by The Welsh Lady in Rosalie, and was a vanilla butter cake with layers of chocolate and Grand Marnier mousse. It was decorated to look like it had been embroidered, and went down a storm when it was served on the night.
To entertain their guests at the reception, Elizabeth had created ice-breaker table quizzes. They also had a wedding photo booth and a DJ. For their first dance, Chris and Elizabeth had a family friend sing ‘All of Me’ by John Legend, and practised to make sure it was perfect.
Chris had organised a honeymoon to Fiji for after the wedding, and the newlyweds had a well-earned break after the wedding planning, making the most of the sunny, luxurious surroundings.
