Christy and Rhys hired a stationery company called Minted to create and design their beautiful wedding stationery.
The ivory and navy design looked stunning and worked well with the general rustic, calming theme that led the entire wedding celebration.
Christy and Rhys had a celebrant marry them in the gardens of Ataahua – a wedding venue in Tauranga, New Zealand with breath-taking gardens and lashings of atmosphere. The gardens had an element of nature and also had a wet-weather back up plan just in case of rain!
The bride walked down the aisle with her father to the sounds of Andrea Bocelli’s ‘Vivo Per Lei’, a song which translates to ‘I live for her’ which brings a tear to Christy’s eye every time she hears it. The wedding ceremony was full of beautifully chosen promises and affirmations and, once Christy and Rhys had shared their vows they presented their two daughters with their own rings to symbolize their family unity and devotion.
