You will also need to find a marriage celebrate who is avaiable on your chosen date and time. Apply for your marriage license by submitting a "Notice of Intended Marriage Application Form". At least three days notice must be given. You must also make a statuory declaration that there is no legal impediment to marriage in the presence of a registrar of marriages.
