When it came to their wedding budget the most expensive portion was dedicated to the wedding menu. Christy and Rhys love to eat, so choosing an incredible menu was high priority on their wish list when it came to planning a perfect wedding. The couple discussed menu options with Nadine from Devour Catering, who pours her heart and soul into the food she creates.

Canapes - Pumpkin and feta risotto ball with saffron aioli; Lamb slider; Duck in crispy wrapper
Nibbles - Fresh ciabatta bread with cannellini bean; rosemary and truffle oil dip; Warm olives
Dinner - Eight hour leg of lamb stuffed with rosemary and garlic with feta cheese; Blackened Akaroa salmon fillets with salsa verde; Free-range harissa marinated chicken thighs with thick tzatziki; Rocket, pear, toasted macadamia nut with blue cheese salad; Roasted gourmet baby potatoes with rosemary,confit garlic aoili; Quinoa salad with dates, roasted cauliflower, herbs and a pomegranate dressing
Dessert - Lemon citron tart with thick greek yoghurt
