The wedding dress that Christy chose was elegant and exactly what she had envisioned herself wearing on her wedding day. She tried on a total of 4 gowns, but the one she chose couldn’t have been more perfect. The Wtoo dress had an ivory lace bateau illusion neckline featuring an ivory, jewel-encrusted grosgrain ribbon belt and a sweep train. And, to keep her warm in the evening she bought an Alannah Hill feather shawl which complimented her dress perfectly.
When it came to her wedding flowers, Shaye, the wedding stylist sourced David Austin Roses – to represent love, Olive – to represent peace, Ranunculus – to represent radiance and charm, Pale peach roses – to represent modesty, Erica for solitude and hellebore to relieve anxiety. All florals combined created the most beautiful, rustic bouquet for Christy to carry in front of her down the aisle.
