St Vincent and the Grenadines

It is necessary for you to have spent at least one day in the Grenadines (not counting your arrival day) before you can apply to get married. You will need to get an application form from the Solicitor general's Office in St. Vincent and then take the form in person to the Ministry of Justice in St. Vincent. The documents you need to present are valid passports, and full birth certificates. You'll also have to name 2 witnesses to be at your ceremony. The cost of a Licence is US$7.50 payable to the Registry Licence if you are giving at least 7 day's notice or US$185 payable to the Ministry of Justice if only 24 hour's notice. Other costs include US$1.84 in stamps for the application form together with US$5.52 revenue stamp.
