Before as couple can apply to get married they both need to advertise a Notice of Marriage in a local newspaper or town hall for 8 days. This must be written in Greek. Once this has been done they can apply for a marriage licence and will need valid passports, residency permits (if applicable), birth certificates both in English and Greek with an Apostille stamp.
